Return & Exchange Policy

We assure that all of your Eye wear dispatched should be processed after a proper quality check by our team. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received you can return your eye wear for a full refund or replace them within 30 days of the dispense date, which is the day they arrive at your home or the day you purchase them in store.

Kindly Note: The policy applies to original purchase. If there is any accidental damage, scratches, breakage or theft, the product will not be eligible for exchange of refund.

We accept returns at all of our locations, including online purchases made on 1001Eyewear.com

All products except custom prescription eyewear are eligible for exchange and can be returned in any of our outlet.

Refunds are normally processed within 5 working days but may take longer depending on your bank.
